Currently, we are seeking a Service Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this professional environment you will represent best in class auto brands by understanding customer needs and having superior product knowledge. You must be a leader, and have prior BDC experience to be considered for this role, as we are searching for someone who can handle overseeing multiple locations.

BDC Representative/Internet Sales Agent Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, as well as manager a BDC support staff and schedule
• Send emails, texts, videos and respond to real-time requests in chat sessions from our various website
• Work with various Web based applications to obtain pricing, product availability and information
• Follow specified tasks in an attempt to secure an appointment to the dealership showroom

BDC Representative/Internet Sales Agent Qualifications

• Prior BDC experience is preferred
• MUST have a strong desire for a long-term position
• Personal integrity
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Strategic thinker - ability to see the entire picture
• Develop relationships with customers
• Very task oriented
• Vin Solutions, V Auto, CDK experience a plus!'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,827.00 - $64,987.00 per year
